Definitely, and they have a nice 'big' feel to their events too.

    Quiet round there

Queally probably did enough to win, Poor fight, but decent performance.

1st round close but I'd give it to kubulu, 2nd and 3rd to Queally by a distance.

    Quiet fight, but a win's a win I guess.

    Thanks for the stream

I thought he did well. Kabulu seemed pretty solid in defending that choke. Would've liked to see Queally get the finish but a dominant UD like that should make a statement on his debut.

It's going to be fun following him now and watching these EFC fights. Especially if they're on around this time of day. Good move by him signing for that organisation I think.

A very dominant last round for Queally.

    THE-PUNISHER.jpg

Johannesburg (South Africa) - At EFC 38, Martin ‘The Punisher’ van Staden will face off with Peter ‘Showstopper’ Queally in the EFC Hexagon for the right to become a challenger for the EFC welterweight title belt. Both athletes have recently won bouts in dominating fashions to earn this coveted right, but only one will walk away the victor.

At EFC 33 van Staden displayed his return to form with a flawless performance over Jeremy Smith. He scored a spectacular KO victory late in the first round, to redeem himself from his two previous losses. One of which was to the new team mate of Queally, Henry Fadipe. Now he wants his shot at the title, but must earn the shot in a number one contender bout.

Similarly, Ireland’s Queally dismantled Francois Kabulu with a technical grappling display like no other to take a debut EFC win home. He managed to end Kabulu’s incredible five fight winning streak and marked himself as a massive threat in the division. Now is his time to proverbially shine and earn the right to challenge the champion and continue the ‘Irish Take Over’.

Who will walk away with the potential to challenge for the welterweight belt, the South African that is ever improving or the invading Irishman?
