Hi All,

I am looking to purchase a property in Ferrybank. I am mortgage approved etc and ready to go. I am looking for somewhere from Castle Oaks up. I'm looking for a 3bed semi or terraced I'm not to fussy about the side entrance.

I have searched online and there is not much in my budget range, around 100k.

I need to get something in the next few weeks as my mortgage approval is running out!
