E mark on tyres

Guys Is it a visual or paid NCT retest if you have no e mark on tyres? My car came in with a practically new set of Potenza re11's on it but I can't find the usual E on the side wall. There a good tyre and I'd rather not have to bin them as new, but don't want to chance it and have the repay if its not a visual

The E mark might be on the inside of the tyre have seen it before
