Hi Everyone

Myself and my wife have been approved for a mortgage and have our eye on a house.

Neither of us are from Limerick so don't have many people to ask for recommendations.

Can any one recommend a good solicitor in the Limerick area to sort out the legalities should our offer be accepted?

We will also need a building surveyor to give the property a once over so if anyone could help that would be great.
