Planning query

We are renting a house at the moment and we carried out some internal works which required a partial change of use. We got the planning permission to do this and everything was done in our names (not the home owners)

It's looking like the house will be sold on now, will the fact that the change of use planning is in our names and not the home owners effect the sale?

    No, makes no difference whatsoever.
It could have been in Krusty the Clowns name and it will still be valid :)

Have the works been carried out in accordance with the granted permission?

Not completely, we may have to move before we planned on completing them...

Won't make a difference with regards to the works. But it may hinder a sale or letting if it's still a building site.
