money transfered into wrong account

    Hi i was just wondering whats the next course of action i should take if the individual whos account has been credited incorrectly refuses to refund the monies to my account?

    Contact your bank. Probably helps if they bank with your bank.

    Thanks i have done so already but the individual involved is not cooperating. One individual in the bank has suggested contating the guardi, this being the usual procedure. Im unsure if the guardi deal with these sort of issues however
