    I was worked night when was time changing.my employer have to pay me for an extra hour?my hr explaind that its no reference in law about this.true?

    Just because the time changed doesn't mean that you worked for longer/shorter. If you're paid by the hour then you should expect to get paid for the number of hours that you worked.

    if he didn't pay you for the extra hour try to work the when the time changes in spring... and it will balance out!
