Rte radio weather forecast presenter

    There is a guy that has done the detailed weather forecast on Rte Radio 1 for years. He does the sea forecast and gives very technical information. He has an unusual accent that sounds Swedish or Scandinavian or maybe even Dutch. I have been telling someone about this but can't find any info online. Anyone got any info ? Would love to get a clip to play to calm my festering mind.
