Post Exercise Headaches

    HI there

Can anyone advise me on any cure for post exercise related headaches.
I suffer these after i have a heavy work out of running or football.
I have noticed over the years that they are particularly bad if the temperature is high.
It's a throbbing, pounding pain which i sense is caused by dilation of the blood vessels as the pounding is in rhythm with the Heart rate.

I have not investigated hydrating, dietary adjustments or sodium/electrolyte monitoring before or during the exercise as i suspected this was a medical condition which i though effected 1 in 100.

Can anyone advise on any experience they may have and how they resolved it ?

    Thank you

No medical advise allowed, as per charter. Like Ray said, go and see a doctor
