learning languages recommendations - eirteach college?

does anyone have any experience with eirteach college? is it good or bad? there doesn't seem to be much info about it in the Internet. also are there any recommendations for learning French or German in Dublin City? thanks!

I'm thinking of refreshing my French and looking at Alliance Francais who are on Kildare Street. Prices seem reasonable. Their website seems to be down at the moment.

For German there's the Goethe Institute on Fitzwilliam Square. http://www.goethe.de/ins/ie/en/dub/lrn.html
