Hi just wondering if anyone had any issues with these insert stoves. We have ours just just over a year and its discolouring badly. Its has a red stain like its rusting. I rang who I bought it from and waterford stanley who suggested painting but I don't think anything should be wrong with it at this stage. Any help appreciated.

    Looks like moisture damage.
What are you burning are you using unseasoned timber.
Could also be moisture/condesation from flue. What is the flue setup

I do burn timber but its well dried out. At least two years dried timber. Builder installed it when I was renovated the house so not too sure how the flue is set up.
