    Hi, just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of someone who does freesat in west Cork? Tried a few but not having much luck!

    Thanks, I tried Signal Solutions but no joy. Unfortunately none of the guys in the City who I have heard of seem to be interested in coming down west!

    If your near Clonakilty / rosscarberry then William Hurd is based in Rossmore, I used him to fix a satellite after last winters storms. He has prompt, reasonable and ive had no problems since so id recommend. Not sure what he does besides satelitte installation but if he cant help im sure hed point you in the right direction.

    Unfortunately the margins are very tight so that's probably why with traveling expenses/time etc. Hope you get sorted

    Apologies for not being able to travel to west Cork for a one off domestic job , but as Tony said , most people are not prepared to pay for the time and travel costs involved to make it worthwhile .

    Thanks, ya I contacted him but unfortunately he was unable to do it. I eventually did find the guy who originally installed our freesat five years ago and he will do it.

    I understand what you say about margins, but I have to say given my current attempts to get someone, it seems like a market which isn't being tapped!
