Water temperature for Aluminium Radiators and underfloor heating

    Hello,

We have a heat pump installed in our new build for underfloor heating down stairs and aluminum radiators upstairs.
Has anyone any idea what temperature we need to run the water through the rads and underfloor pipes to get them generating heat?
We have a well insulated house and that combined with the mild weather until now means we have left it at the installers default setting of 28c - 30c. BUt this get no heat in the radiators.
Reading on some places its about 40c - 55c, is this correct?

    Any advise greatly appreciated.

Installed the same system myself. Was told around 35-40 for ufh and was told that 40 for aluminium rads would be equivalent to 60-65 in normal rads. My rads never get hot enough no matter how long I run them for. Although my basic insulation doesn't help.
