    Hi

Hope someone can help me out here.

Im hoping to go back to college next year. But I dont know if i will be eligible for btea it as i dropped out of the last course which i was on btea for.
I completed a level 5 in 2011 and went onto the level 6 (in the same college, same subject) the following september. I dropped out of the level 6 towards the end of my 1st year, due to a lack of interest and personal/health problems. The course i want to do next year is a level 7, in the same subject.

Will that be a problem applying for btea again??

Im a mature student and working part time (therefore on part time social welfare payment).

Moving up a level and on Jobseekers for 9 months so should be good but youll just get the Rate your on now. Id advise keeping the job while in college.

If you where to be let go and got the 188 then youd get 188 on the BTEA.

Also id highly advise just ringing the SW office as the government seem to change the rules every other week.
