CFIT are looking for a bass player.

CFIT play indie/electronic rock most frequently likened to The National, Arcade Fire and Radiohead

Based primarily out of the City Centre, Dame Street area.

Influences include, but not limited to:
Arcade Fire, Blur, Deathcab for Cutie, Feist, Gemma Hayes, Grizzly Bear, Imogen Heap, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Portishead, Radiohead, The Flaming Lips, The Frames, The National, The Postal Service, The Strokes, The Velvet Underground, Tom Waits, Wilco, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, dEUS, elbow

Primarily seeking a bass player but experience with electronica, samplers, ableton, pro tools etc and any other instruments very much an advantage.

You can find more information about the band

Cfit have released an album and ep to date. With a second album recorded in 2014 the group will be looking to fulfill gigs in Dublin, in support of the new album throughout 2015, and a short national tour.

    Hi,

    Few questions

    1. Are you all professional musicians?
    2. When and where are you holding auditions?

    Thanks
    WB

    Hi Soulman.

We're not professional, in that we have other jobs to support ourselves.

We rehearse in the city centre and are holding auditions most Sundays.
