    Thanks D Trent. The initial drainage work left the road surface in a noticeably dreadful state [a sudden shift in camber]. I guess that it was to address this that they closed the road for a second time last week.

    After the latest round of works, the road surface is improved, but it is still in a very bad state. I hope that when they "look at it again", they'll see that it is still not up to scratch, and that they need to find someone who can repair the damage caused by these recent works.

    The roadworks, while welcome for the above reasons, in my opinion have been carried out very poorly. They are almost like speed bumps. I know you won't get as smooth a surface as original but it's very in even, almost dangerous
