My fresh air blower is working and the fan speed control is working and the temperature control is working but it is only blowing out through the face vents and will not blow on the windscreen or down towards my feet no matter where I turn the control dial. Although I am finding it virtually impossible to get an accurate fuse diagram for my Passat I have, after reviewing several online, ruled out all the possible fuses that could be responsible for this issue. Where should I look next, relay, sensor???

Help please.
