Ignore those, graphics card is old and overpriced and power supply is junk and worth about €20 new.

Just get something like this and you don't need anything else.

Or this if you want to keep the budget down.

Your PC is quite old so certain games won't run great no matter what card you buy, just depends really.

    Cheers for that....

Ill still need a power supply of 500 watt or greater for the EVGA GeForce GTX 750 1020MHz 1GB PCI-E 3.0 HDMI wont i?

I only have a 230v at the moment

    Thanks

No, a decent 250w would be fine for that card.

As before, it really depends on what games you're playing as to whether it's worth the upgrade. What are you looking to do with the PC?

That's the power supply voltage not the rating. What model PC do you have, is it a pre-built? If so if you give us the model number we can look it up. Or else take the side cover off your PC and take a picture on the label on the power supply. Top left like this picture.

Not really at all, as pointed out your processor is very old and will bottleneck most cards.

GTX750 is the only really viable option, anything higher is wasted and even as it is a lot of the GTX750's potential will be wasted in some games.
