Water dripping from ceiling

Don't know if this is the right place to post but anyway. Warehouse I work in has a ceiling that has a few drops of water coming from it from time to time. Some rough DIY job was done in the past but whatever board was put up doesn't look to be containing the water and there's the occasional mildew appearing on the surface of the board. I've linked to a picture below but I don't know if it really gives you an idea of what I'm talking about.

Should the mildew (which I presume it is) forming on the board be a concern to me? I'm pushing the warehouse manager at the moment to fix the issue (which he will no doubt just put up another board on top of the existing one).

If it's in a warehouse it could be a leaky roof if it's only occasional.
    Link not working!
