I have an interview for a QC Analyst role in the Lab of a big Pharma company next week.

I'm already in permanent employment so I shouldnt be that nervous

The thing is I am actually quite nervous because I haven't done an interview for 7 years.

Can anyone give any advice on how to prepare for the role other than the following

    1.Know your CV inside out
2.Know a bit about the company interviewing you
3.Dig out competencies from the job spec and think of examples how you performed these in your current and past roles

    Would appreciate any other advice

    A question would be

why do you want this role?

Practice answers to prepared questions out loud, or even better, video yourself and watch it back.

Try to find out a bit about the analysis techniques they use and if you've experience of them don't be shy in letting it be known. Be confident!

Best of luck, I've worked as a QC Analyst in big pharma.
