With the 'Golf Night' taking place in Dublin tomorrow, the Irish Mirror has a prize draw running - with prizes to Ballymascanlon House, and four balls for Trump International and Ballyliffin. You can enter Here.

There'll be plenty more freebies at the event itself.

I was there, first time attending.
I think it's fair to say that it's mainly aimed at Societies.
50-60 tables/golf courses with information, rates etc promoting themselves.
Well run event, loads of prizes on offer.

Interesting to see that courses are beginning to collaborate a bit more now.
Quite a bit of it on view.
I've a leaflet here for rounds at Bettystown, Seapoint & Baltray plus 2 nights B&B at a local hotel for €230.... Tempted to put that into the diary for next year.

They also had a simulator there in the corner. Witness my first ever hole in one, albeit a virtual one.

That would be a nice 3 day comp like The ACC. The courses on the east coast must be able to fill the time sheets mid week.

is there a website or link for that deal. sounds inviting, three lovely links neatly packed close to each other.

Yep, mainly for societies, but still surprised more people didn't take the opportunity to check out the golf clubs. There were 35 prizes (a mixture of 4 balls and nights away + golf) given away and two 'first' prizes for the two guys who scored holes in one.

The east coast links three-course deal is peachy when you consider Baltray is up around the €100 green fee mark.
