I'll admit I'm not the most knowledgeable but this seems a bit on the cheap side. No NCT but other than that why is it so cheap?

I'd be interested if it wasn't for the fact that I'd have to sail into the Bermuda triangle for it.

Don't think its in any way a real bargin, price is about right for a nearly 6 year old XF with 125k miles. Alot of people will not pay the €750 motor tax either which will limit it's appeal even further.

    Cheers.

I see a few a year newer but they are heading towards the 30k mark pricewise.
Is the relatively high miles on that sample driving the price down? Or are the others over priced?

The XF can suffer from iffy electrical problems, above average running costs and higher depreciation means they are never going to be as sought after as their German rivals. On the flip side they are relatively rare and you have less chance of meeting 10 of them on your way to work.

    Cheers Bazz,

It's a shame as they are a gorgeous car inside and out in my opinion.
    Thanks for the info!

Have you evidence of all these assertions? I've never seen anything to back up your claims. Can you provide side by side comparisons of 5-series and E-Klasse?

Electrical issues were sorted out relatively early on, but you'd definitely have to be wary of a 2009. I never really care for facelifts, but the 2011 update really made this car.

Your joking! The launch cars were plagued with electrical issues.
