    hello all being golfing little over 8 months or so have handicap of 21 so not to bad any one interested in joining for a game had a lad with me but if he losses he walks off half way through my club down near Rathdrum Wicklow or I could travel close by as a guest player

    I would suggest you get involved in your Sunday competitions. Over a few weeks if you go around the same times you will get to know the other members. Good way to fall into a group and that gets you playing more regularly. Or at least a regular pattern which helps when trying to improve. That worked for me when I changed courses a few year's back.
