My partner is on JSA and is currently studying part time while actively seeking work.

He is being made to attend regular 1 on 1 meetings with Intreo every 2 months.

He's genuinely looking for work and has been able to fill them in on all the places he's been applying to at every meeting. He's got good experience and is working on improving his education background (his current course continues until mid 2015). The meetings are stressing him as it's humiliating to keep having to go in and tell them all about the jobs he hasn't gotten.

Would love to know are these regular meetings for everyone or has he just been singled out for some reason?

    :(

62 is the cut off line in 2014 but could go higher as retirement age increases.

Get a job as a t.d and work 5yrs and ya have a pension for life courtesy of da taxpayer.
