Because nothing in life ever goes to plan im sat here scratching my head:mad:

Is any one using a tacx t1902 controller on a 64 bit OS, Win 8.1 specifically ?

Picked up a Flow multiplayer over the weekend and went to install the software today to hit a bit of a wall.
the license key isn't working so have emailed Tacx about it but also notice that it says the controller isn't compatible with a 64 bit OS. once the license is sorted i dont want to waste it and install the software for the controller not to work.

for any one that has this controller but doesn't know how to check what OS they have on their computer see the attachment, or right click MyComputer and go to Properties

I have 3 bloody laptops here and wont work with any!

Sounds like you've got release 3 of the software, which is for 32 bit. The newer release 4 is 64 bit only. I'm running release 3 on XP, and have been holding off upgrading until I've a new PC to put it on.

You can get many 32 bit drivers working on 64 bit by changing the compatibility mode back to XP, and turning off DEP. May or may not work, but worth a punt. Alternatively upgrade to release 4 which is fully 64 bit.

had a punt with the 7 day test license and first thing it done was look to upgrade from 4.1 to 4.9. seen the controller straight away then. Happy days, all sorted
