Just checking the vrt site but its down at the moment so thought is ask here.

I'm looking at a ford transit connect t200 tdci 2003. Nothing expensive to be honest but what sort of money will it be to change over to southern plates. Is it still 200 or did anything change in last budget.

I'm still confused, some are saying 200,and others are saying 13.5%

The website back up but there's no transit connect to choose from to get price :(

On that link about thou, some are saying 200 and 13.5% for different vans.

13.3% on light commercials has been for for a good while now.
I'm pretty sure the minimum is 300ish

Car derived vans like focus van + commercial jeeps and crew cabs are 13.5 .
where a vehicle is designed and built primarily as a van ie caddy berlingo connect etc it is 200 .

This is no difference in vans carvans or jeeps that have been commercial vans they are all seen as light commercials <3500kg and charged at 13.3% the old 200e is found a good while

The VRT calculators, and arthur daly, are wrong.

A type N1 commercial that has always been designed to have 3 seats or less, is 200 VRT.

Years of experience in the motor industry and almost 150 commercials supplied this year, are what I'm backing my claims up with.
