    Hi-might not be the right thread to ask this but I'm looking for some help...

    I have a Philips 42" 42PF5#### plasma Tv and it fails to turn on. Stays on for 10 seconds when turned on, then goes into standby, with one short and one long green flash error code.

    Anyone there who can advise on a repair? I'm in Wexford and finding it hard to find a repairer. It's easily 8 years old but don't think it needs changing yet.

    philips have gone off the market for years so could be expensive,used google and found them
