Land Lease tax exemptions

    Hello,

    Hopefully someone here an help me with this query I have on leasing land.

    To avail of the new lease exemptions announced in the budget, would the lease need to be stamped?

    I checked on the revenue website (revenue.ie/en/tax/it/reliefs/leasing-farm-land) and it says that the lease just needs to be written.

    Surely twould need to be stamped as well?
