Temporary implant crown - piece out of place

I had temporary implant crowns fitted in place of my two front teeth last week. The permanent ones go in in a month, when the gum tissue has matured.

A day after they were fitted, I noticed a piece start to come away onthe back of one of the crowns. Tonight it came off completely - it seems to be a small piece of shell, which has a piece of soft material attached which seems to fill the crown. I now have a hole in the back of the crown, which I assume leads up to the screw.

Im due back in 3 weeks - is this something that needs attention before then? My prosthodontist only works in Dublin on Fridays, so an earlier appointment could be difficult.

    Thanks

Sounds like the temporary filling and bit of cotton wool, over the screw access channel. Which is nothing major Ring the practice to make sure, they have to have some cover for emergencies.
