network bother

    Hi,
    Having a little bother with the network. A couple of days ago I couldn't hear people when they rang me and when I rang anybody I couldn't hear "anything". I dial the number and nothing. It goes through the process. I have tested it and when I dial I cant hear anything but the receiver phone rings , when answered nothing. I have used loud speaker, earphones with Mic.....nothing. Skype, viber work fine with and without WiFi and I can send and receive txt. I can use all other features.
    Yesterday my phone worked fine and then today nothing?
    help me please.
