I am thinking of setting up as a sole trader, my idea is only fresh at the moment, I am just working out costing at the moment, the business would only be a small part time and weekends mainly and would be seasonal, what is the costing of having an accountant as a sole trader or how is the costing worked out ? thanks

Cost is normally based on the time spent on the job.
If there isn't much paperwork involved then you should get it covered for a couple of hundred euro.
A good accountant should be able to steer you in the right direction and potentially save you money in your taxes. It can also be a good to have someone you can run ideas by.
