    Hi all....

I have a 35L backpack I want to use on an upcoming hike.... but just noticed that I cannot slip a water bottle along the side like you usually see on rucksacks etc.

In fact... I don't have any netting facility (even on the front). So... I'll have to put inside the rucksack and when just take off the pack every time I want to drink.

Is there an add-on facility for Lowe Alpine rucksacks that I could attach? Hopefully - something that is secure and will not swing about as I move.

Have you thought about a water bladder?
Like a platypus or similar. Can be had quiet cheap these days.

Another option is a runners water bottle belt, means you can use on days when you don't have the pack as well.

A lot of water bottles out there can be clipped onto your bag.

I suppose that you could also get something like a 58 pattern pouch (from an army surplus shop) which could attach to the bag. You could put the water bottle in that.
