Reinstalled Windows 7 on laptop

My HP Probook 4730s was grinding to a halt. Windows restore would no longer work nor would windows update. So I bit the bullet and decided I'd spend the morning doing a clean re-install of Windows 7 and all the other stuff I use. I started this morning at 10am.
