Last night the dog was going crazy in the back garden and I heard some squealing like mad. I went to discover a ferret in the garden. It turned out to be a local's pet. He was fine. Are they dangerous to dogs?

No, dogs are dangerous to ferrets!

Nearly all adult dogs are capable of killing a ferret! Even the smaller breeds!
