    Hi

The value of our home has gone from LTV>80% to LTV 50-80%. As such, can we 'remortgage' and avail of a lower interest rate.

    Hi karlitob.

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

It is certainly possible to submit an application to re-mortgage your property. To discuss the options available to you, we suggest that you contact the Mortgage Advisor in any of our branches who will be more than happy to assist you. Alternatively you can request a call back from our Mortgage Team here.

For information on mortgage applications and calculations, please see here on our website.

Hope this helps. If we can assist you with anything further, please let us know.
    Laura
