Jelly sms alternative?

    So jelly sms doesn't work for Android is there and similar alternative and i mean exactly like it as in free messaging without wifi ir data and they dint need the app, something that taps into your webtext?

    You need wifi or data to send a message over webtext, as webtext is sent through the internet at first. Whatsapp and Viber are the best messaging apps(Whatsapp is better for sending messages). nearly everyone has whatsapp
