Regular poster gone Anon for this.

I need the collective brains of Boards for this one.

I've a chance of 3 days work next week giving me €144 per day. Total €432.

I need to figure out how much I'll be deducted if I work 3 days and get Jobseekers Allowance for the remainder of the week.

    My JA payment is
    self €188
    Dependent €124.80
    kids €59.60

    Total €372.40

I found this link with a worksheet but just can't figure it out.

    Thanks for your help.

Is it a one off 3 days work? If this is the case then more than likely you will just be deducted 3 days of your jsa.

I dont know how they calculated the €80 deduction the last time. The norm would be just to deduct 3 days sw on one off. If it become regular then they may change you to casual and assess means from employment.

I think if you go in and tell them that you have 1-3 days work they just deduct it from your claim for the next week, make sure you tell them before you start the 3 days.
