Replacing Golf Mk4 Back box

Hoping to get around to replacing the back box on a Golf Mk4 this weekend. Anyone had a go at this, that could give me an overview? I had a quick look and it's separate from the mid so I don't need to cut. Is there a way to manoeuvre it off without going at the rear beam? Thanks
