Hi all, Just a query about annual leave - I have recently been informed that my contract in my present employment is up at Christmas, I'm finished on December 23rd. At present I have 6 days annual leave left, 3 of those days have to be taken at Christmas. I just want to know am I only entitled to the 3 before Christmas or…

Hi all,

They'll most likely simply pay you for the holidays left rather then have you take holidays up until end of your contract.
