Amazon refunding?

    Hi, so I had to return a games console to amazon. Packed it up and shipped it off with the return label provided, have the receipt as proof of posting, that was wednesday morning, but so far the return status on it still just says 'return requested'

    How long should it takes to process, then when should my refund be in? Rough estimate like, would be grateful.

    you only shipped it on wednesday? its a bit early to expect them to have processed it isnt it? they might not have even received it yet. Be patient. Amazon are one of the better (if not the best) for handling returns.

    Sure it was only shipping to blackrock (least thats what the label said) and I've returned the same console to them before (this was a replacement) and they processed it within 48 hours.

    If you shipped it Wednesday, they would have received it yesterday. I'd say it be processed sometime today or the weekend.

    Talk with them on chat and tell them you have returned item and to process ur refund.....they will refund it

    Jaysus, give them 7 days. Blackrock is probably just a collation addresd for returns.

    They received the item and issued refund. But they've issued the refund not to the card I used to buy it for some reason, to a different card that I'm not longer using, but thats a different story altogether.
