Hi I was wondering if anyone has any personal recommendations for insurance for tenants in relation to contents ect. Based on quality for money.

I was also wondering if anyone knew if there was a building flaw requiring tenants to move out for a while (priory hall as an example) is that covered by any tenants insurance policies for hotels ect or landlords home insurance?

    Thanks

Tenants insurance is only for its contents, as you can't get insurance for what you don't own (the landlords house).
