Best value 7" or 8" Android tablet out there for about 150 euro.

So what to people think is the best value 7 or 8 inch tablet. Its for my daughter and i need to be able to get a proper fitting case for it and use netflix along with a few of her basic apps.

Nexus 7, 2013 model, would get my vote. Very popular and plenty of choice for covers and accessories. As a nexus device you will have regular updates to latest software.

Keep an eye on Bargain Alerts forum as often has threads on offers.
With the nexus 9 launching you can expect prices of the 7 to drop.
Avoid the nexus 7 2012 model if you can, it is showing it's age.

PC world is 220, that's not in the budget. The budget is 150.

The 2012 model would probably suit you even more, at a great price. Case too.

Worth stretching for tbh, not a budget tablet and comes with support straight from Google
