have a 2006 audi a4 1.9tdi. 210k kilometres. the engine management light is after coming on. Any ideas what it could be? a friend services the car and doesn't have the computers to hook it up so I will probably have to go to the main dealer. any fear it will go out itself?

In between a main dealer who charge through the nose and a mate who doesn't have the diagnostic gear there is a middle ground called a competent independent garage, find one of those and they will sort you out ;)
