Hi, is there a shortcut/keystroke to answer, but especially end the call on a mac when it's using your phone?

It would save getting back to desktop each time to click end?

    Thanks

Cmd + q should surely kill the call.

Yeah, command-q or command-w should do it. And pressing return will answer a call.

Ok, so I was on a call today, but using safari full screen at the same time. Cmd + q just quit safari. Yet to try cmd + w.

You’d have to be in the FaceTime app. Cmd-q and Cmd-w are the quit and close window command respectively. They only work to the app you are current in. So just Cmd-tab back to FaceTime to end the call.
