3D rendering and gaming PC build

Hi guys,
I'm looking to build my first PC for requirements below. Budget around €700 - €800:

Requirements:
* 3D rendering/animation (Blender)
* Photoshop etc.
* video capture/editing
* gaming
* supports two monitors
* I'd like the games to run as close to 30 - 60fps if possible.

Thanks, never built a PC, so would really appreciate advice!

At the upper end of the budget but you can save money here if needed. This will pretty run anything at 1080p with max settings 60fps+.

No problem.

You could ditch the additional fans for now. You could go with the 500w version of that PSU. Change the board to the ASrock H81M-HDS and go with a single 8gb stick of ram so you have room to go to 16 in future. About €45 saved there.

You would have to get an Matx case then as well if you changed the board to that.

You could drop the graphics card down to a 280 or 280x if you needed to save more.
