    Anyone got any opinions on this? It's underneath a window and behind a radiator.
    The floor doesn't seem to be rising, I would have thought it would if it was a leak in the radiator. The wall is an old non cavity wall with cork (I think) insulation.
    There's a picture of the exterior of the window, would the gap n the silicone be a factor?
