    Hi all need a quick bit of advice Iv to bring my wife's mazda 121 back for its nct retest on sat all it failed on was flexi brake lines and primary structure corrosion
    On door sill there is about a 5 inch tiny crack is it ok to use isopon etc to fix this
    The tester told us to use our imagination ? He said some kind of filler so people saying welding not sure what to do

    If you get the same tester he may be happy with filler.
    Many are not though and will take a hammer to it to see what's going on. Most expect a new plate to be added.
    Safer for yourself anyway.

    I'd plate it.
