Curtains on plasterboard

    Hi all,

I recently insulated the external walls of my house using internal insulation, using insulation finished with plasterboard. But my question is... has anyone experience in hanging curtain rails on this? I'm worried that the plasterboard would not be strong enough to handle the hanging curtains or people opening or closing them?

Is there any special technique that people use to make them stronger?

Yes use frame fixers into the brick work the only solid job for curtain rails on insulated plasterboard.
