As in the title. The drivers side blowers are blowing but not hot when the heating is on. Hubby will give it a bash but will need a bit of advice from the experts here. Thanks in advance.

Oh , we got a new battery and alternator a few weeks ago as they had gone . Think they went when we jumped the van.

On most cars & jeeps it is air control flaps sometimes called doors behind the dash. The one on driver side is broken.

Might find video on youtube showing you how to change

The thing is it's still blowing air but just not hot when then heating is on. It's one of those dual control heaters that you can have different temps on either side.

Thinks we'll just trade it in. Lol

There is a flap that controls cool or warm air on each side driver side is stuck broken common fault on dual climate control cars. Depening on car it can be relevantly easy or very difficult to replace with dash having to be taken out.
Dont no the FE well enough to advise. If you go to a FE forum other owners could advise there might be a cheap fix

Just a quick update. Seen a video on YouTube of a guy fixing something to do with the a/c . Through YouTube and Google+ I contacted him and explained our problem and asked if he could advise. He gave us a few pointers on taking the dash off and accessing the unit. So eventually today dh opened it all up and he got the heating going on the drivers side . Now the dual system isn't working but we never used it anyway. It was heat or not heat or cool air. We just saved ourselves €250 to get it fixed.
