I ordered this from www.amazon.fr today and see there is a promotion whereby Motorola will reimburse €30 if you fill in the attached form. If someone who is good at French could check it out for terms and conditions that would exclude someone from Ireland buying it

First line of the terms says only available to residents of france and corsica.
Still a great phone for that price.
